My garage shelves are filling up with marmalade and lemon curd. It’s not that I eat much of the stuff, preserving the physique, I just enjoy the cooking and baking.
I love to cook and bake too! I just made a Bishop’s Bread yesterday with dried apricots, cranberries, walnuts and chocolate chips. I love that you can take ingredients and mix them up and come out with something delicious and enjoyable for everyone.
Marmalade is a weakness for me; I love the stuff!
Mmm. Yum! How very true!

Oh, yes. Baking has helped me through these bleak months.
That Bishop’s Bread sounds good. I’ll search out the recipe.
I do mine in a round cake pan and this time I also added some pure pumpkin (1 cup).
Found the recipe, only need to convert cups to ounces and we’re off. I’ll be back for advice!
Did you try it? I’m just having a piece now with a cup of tea. It’s very good, I must say.
Not yet, I’ve not yet finished my latest Dundee cake, ah, the pressures of retirement.
I’d love your recipe for the Dundee cake, though I’ll have to “veganize” it.
One recipe, good luck 🍰
I’m up for the challenge, but the Bishop’s bread is rather similar, so I’ll file it away for now. Thank you!😊
You’re welcome

Oops!
Isn’t it true! MyMeyer lemon tree froze this winter
That’s a tragedy, they do tend to be delicate to frosts. Many thanks for the comment, it’s much appreciated.
I LOVE lemon curd!!! Great poem, by the way!!
I’ll open a jar for you 😄
Please do!!
Delicious! 🙂
It is indeed! 🍯
