This sounds ominous! 😉
They look ominous, a lot like Tolkien’s ‘Nazgul.’ They don’t go for the lambs, only the afterbirth.
More natural facts I hadn’t heard of – the crows and ewes’ afterbirth. You live wondrously close to earth and creatures.
My garden and the fields behind are right outside my window, all this and a cup of tea!
