I too am an admirer of dandelions. The same spunk that frustrates prissy gardeners also thrusts green and gold into the grayest and grimmest of our cityscapes. Wiser gardeners smile at golden suns that any klutz can grow.
I agree, heaven save us from prissy gardeners. In the Spring there’s a six acre field behind our garden that fills with dandelions, a truly glorious sight.
You can hardly help but like this tenacious little plant! 🙂
😊
It can stay there all winter, hopefully.
Fabulous picture.
Thank you, it’s right outside my front door, demanding to be taken!
When I was out walking yesterday I saw a tiny dandelion growing in an empty lot. The picture of the one growing by your door cheered me. Thanks.
That warms my heart, brilliant!
A picture of resilience!
It certainly is, though at the moment it’s buried in hailstones
This too shall pass.
