Oh, he is Bill. He’s 4 years old and we’ve had him since Feb. when a friend had to give him up due to illness. He is so curious and intelligent (maybe too much so!) and he’d always been an indoor cat but we let him out and he LOVES it. I wrote a poem about him if you are interested: https://intentionalinterplay.wordpress.com/2021/06/05/go-back-home-jack/
I can relate! Our cat’s tail is always moving except when she is asleep.
Tail twirling was our old cat’s main exercise routine.
I have a feline, Jack, who seems to purr with his tail.
They’re so communicative, he sounds a happy lad!

Love the poem, that’s one cool cat whose fallen on his four feet. No doubt Chloe will keep him in his place. 🐈⬛
