I live. Few miles from the coast , only recently started swimming again and it’s done wonders for, emotionally and hopefully mentally. I wish you well with your plan.

My mother, 87, swims in the sea every day, with a group of swimmers called the Blue Tits! She loves it.
A champion! My wife and I started a few months ago, intending to keep going through the bleak winter…Apparently male swimmers are Blue Bells.🥶
