beautiful evening jackdaws down chimney pots sunset silhouette
Brought low by another virus, seems to be unending since last October’s covid. This is the first haiku for too long and it was a relief when the jackdaws arrived.
Doing well, thank you. I’m planning a trip to Europe actually. I am planning a day trip to Wales, even. 🙂 Looking forward to seeing your beautiful countryside.
Hope you soon feel better
Thank you Elaine, getting there
I have missed your Haiku! Wonderful poem. Hope that your battle with illness ends soon.
Thanks Susan. It’s more of a grubby squabble than a battle but I’ll be glad to be rid of it.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, Bill.
Thank you, that’s much appreciated
Good to have you back. A corvid/Covid haiku. Couldn’t resist it.
Thank you. These jackdaws have been stacking the sticks in that chimney for over a year, not going to be popular.
I had the joy of a pigeon cooing down our chimney this morning, a comforting sound.
Coool
Stay well.
Thank you, LuAnne, as of today I really feel I’m getting there. How are you?
