Today on FaceTime my daughter in Australia and me in Wales, shared a moment when we looked at the moon together. It felt very connecting in these separating times, quite magical.
Of course hers was upside down!

lockdown a tough time
in more normal, balmy days
open skies, and peace
This is a very old, rock built church at Mwnt, Ceredigion. It’s on the West Wales Coast path, snuggling into a hillside to avoid Atlantic gales.

On a delight.
gift from the miller
a bag of the last knockings
wonderful flour
The ‘last knockings’ are the last of the flour batch to pass through the mill, rich in taste and texture they’re too irregular to sell but still make a great wholemeal bread, in this case a sourdough. Many thanks to Y Felin at Llandoch, (St Dogmaels.) http://www.y-felin.com/
