An optimistic opsimath, I’m enjoying rediscovering poetry and prose. A recovering psychotherapist, one time detective, part time carpenter and long term husband, dad and grandad, I now feel confident enough to call myself a poet.
On a few heady occasions I have been a character consultant for T.V. programs The Bill, Casualty and for a welsh language film drama.
I also dabble in photography with a Nikon D7200 dslr and can sometimes be found amusing trout with my fly rod.
