On a delight.

gift from the miller
a bag of the last knockings
wonderful flour

The ‘last knockings’ are the last of the flour batch to pass through the mill, rich in taste and texture they’re too irregular to sell but still make a great wholemeal bread, in this case a sourdough. Many thanks to Y Felin at Llandoch, (St Dogmaels.) http://www.y-felin.com/
