nature, poem, poetry, sunshine, weather, winter

On a little bucolic verse

Wake me then when the cuckoos call
When the winds are warm
and the petals fall
From cherry trees

Let me rest while these harsh winds prowl
’til my heart is healed
Of long Winter’s growl
By Sun’s warm glow
