As with all things. My ‘breadmaking’ culinary passion is making homemade fresh pasta. It too requires patience and contemplation.
Most certainly. My pasta efforts some years ago were a disaster, perhaps it’s time for another go.
It is taking me a while to get to grips with it, but most rewarding.
