I missed that, of course! I saw Topol and the original London cast a lifetime ago, brilliant.
That must have been such a great experience! I’ve got the original stage cast (Zero Mostel) on a vinyl recording as well as the Bluray dvd. Topol is the Tevye for me though. The “nightmare” scene is so terrific, isn’t it?
It is, yes, and the whole backstory was so poignant. I think I’ll revisit somehow.
