We avoided the rain just.
We call that a drought.
We had downpours all day yesterday. We never had a lovely pink sky like yours but the sun is shining now. Hope you have a bright day.
I was a bit too optimistic, it’s been another rainy day. Tomorrow looks good, I’m heading for the hills (fishing.)
This time of the year, we take rain any time we can get it. The stifling heat will return soon.
We seem to be having a wet summer here in West Wales, I wish you comfortable weather.
